Our Yoga Immersion vacation invites you to relax; let go and retreat into the peace and tranquility of this enchanting island. Still largely undiscovered by mainstream tourism, with pristine and remote beaches as well as friendly locals and outstanding natural beauty, the whole island has a retreat/hideaway feel. The program, which includes twice daily yoga, insight discussions and optional morning and evening meditations is designed to open your spiritual pathways and help you rediscover your authentic and unbounded nature. You will experience the intimate connection between body, mind and spirit and celebrate the joys of an improved yoga practice.

You are also welcome to join any of our evening events including movie nights, bhajans and beach bonfire celebrations. Lots of leisure time between classes gives you the freedom to explore the delights of Koh Yao, its customs and culture, adventures and cuisine. You can cruise around the spectacular Phang Nga bay and kayak the lush jungle waterways of Tha Lane, (both highly recommended), discover the island by bicycle or scooter, go rock climbing, take a Thai cookery class or just relax in the hammock and get a massage.

This yoga immersion retreat is ongoing allowing you to choose your own start date and, if you wish, extend your yoga vacation. Everyone is welcome; the programs are suitable for beginners as well as advanced practitioners. Please book ahead of time so that we can reserve a spot for you.
