Top 10 Reasons You Should Stop Watching TV
From a young age I was encouraged not to spend too much time watching TV, and instead to balance life more with activities, hobbies, playing out, family time etc. But it wasn't until I was 18 and went to work teaching horse riding at a summer camp in America, where we had no TV (except on odd occasions when we watched horse DVDs with the kids) that I realised that I preferred doing almost anything other than watching TV programmes, and that I felt twitching and unproductive if TV was taking up most of my spare time. I like this article so I have saved it incase I want to read it at a later date.
